MBA Highway (www.mbahighway.com) - search jobs and internships, network with other MBA grads, and check out employers online.

MBA Authority (www.mbaauthority.com) - online recruitment service that will send your resume to their database of contacts for a fee. They will manage all correspondence and follow-up. This may be useful but not an end in itself-to be competitive, you need to combine this with your own aggressive efforts.

MBA Match (www.mbamatch.com) - online job board and career development site for graduate MBAs and student MBAs. Focuses mainly on the European market, but includes some American listings as well.
